Herbs, Wildflowers, and More!

While not nearly as exciting as being here at the farm in person, our website can give you a taste of what and who we are and what goes on here at the herb farm. Navigate around the website to get acquainted with the plants, animals, and other living creatures that call this place home.  Words and pictures can only go so far when you are describing herbs and herbal products...you really must experience the wonderful aromas and intoxicating fragrances by smelling them!  How else can you enjoy the fresh, piney scent of rosemary, the musky, woodsy aroma of thyme, the tingly blast of mint, or the most unforgettably sweet, old-fashioned scent of lavender?

We offer a wide variety of herb
plants - many unusual and not easily found elsewhere such as bay leaf (bay laurel) trees, allspice trees, Cuban oregano, several types of passionflower vines, and lavender plants well-suited to our hot, humid environment.  We also have native plants and wildflowers, seasonal vegetables, and many plants guaranteed to attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds to your garden.

We have several large herb beds that showcase many types of mature herbs. You are invited to stroll among them and enjoy the wonderful fragrances and delight in the numerous butterflies and bees sampling their way amongst the herbs – it will be an experience you won’t soon forget!

In the guest house you will find a nice selection of gardening and herbal products including all-natural handmade soap, old-fashioned lavender rose potpourri, seed packets from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, a wide variety of essential oils and organic teas, high quality, stylish hats from the San Francisco Hat Company, and many more unique, quality items.  Everything we carry is either made here at the farm or chosen exclusively for its quality, uniqueness, or hand-craftsmanship.

Looking for a true culinary adventure? Look no further than our wonderful herbal luncheons.  Prepared especially for your group, our luncheons will delight the senses with a beautiful presentation of delicious, gourmet herbal fare.  We cook and serve organic, in-season foods as much as possible and many dishes feature fresh vegetables and fruit grown right here in our garden.

Come on out and enjoy all our wonderful fragrances and gourmet delights in person. We are located in Kennard, Texas, in the heart of the beautiful Davy Crockett National Forest between the cities of Crockett and Lufkin.
