While not nearly as exciting as being here at the farm in person, our website can give you a taste of what and who we are and what goes on here at the herb farm. Words and pictures can only go so far when you are describing herbs and herbal products...you really must experience the WONDERFUL AROMAS and INTOXICATING FRAGRANCES by smelling them! How else can you enjoy the fresh piney scent of rosemary, the woodsy aroma of thyme, the tingly blast of mint, or the most unforgettably sweet, old-fashioned scent of lavender?

We offer a wide variety of herb plants - many unusual and not easily found elsewhere such as bay leaf trees, Cuban oregano, several types of passionflower vines, and lavender plants well-suited to our hot, humid environment. We also have native plants and wildflowers, seasonal vegetables, and many plants guaranteed to attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds to your garden.

Come on out and enjoy all our wonderful fragrances, gourmet delights, quality products, peaceful surroundings, and so much more we have to offer.

We have several large display beds that showcase many types of herbs, wildflowers, Texas native plants, and plants that attract bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and beneficial insects. You are invited to wander around... stroke the herbs to release that fresh burst of heavenly fragrance, watch the wildlife sampling their way from flower-to-flower... it will be an experience you won’t soon forget!

In the guest house you will find a nice selection of gardening and herbal products including all-natural handmade soap, old-fashioned potpourri, seed packets from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, our own culinary herb blends, organic teas, and many more unique, quality items. Everything we carry is either made here at the farm or chosen exclusively for its quality, uniqueness, or hand-craftsmanship.

Looking for a true culinary adventure? Look no further than our WONDERFUL HERBAL LUNCHEONS. Ingredients are of the highest quality and include organic vegetables & herbs picked fresh from our gardens, humanely-raised organic chicken, locally-raised 100% grass-fed organic beef, and only wild-caught, sustainably harvested seafood (salmon, shrimp, crab).  We are very particular about the food we serve:  in-season, locally grown, organic is what we strive for.  Outside of that we look for only the best or we don’t serve it.

We can tailor a menu to fit your needs be it a special luncheon, brunch or an afternoon getaway with herbal snacks and beverages.  Evening dinners can be arranged for your very special occasion.  And we can cater your specal event.
